Description

You will design, develop, and support capabilities for a large enterprise-level platform, owning the release pipeline and ensuring high availability through scalable microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices focused on interoperability and high availability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define technical acceptance criteria for epics and stories.
• Own quality through test automation, continuous integration, and production operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a source of technical expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend and server development experience.
• Expertise in Java 11.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of GIT, Maven, and Gradle.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and unit/functional testing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot Microservices, and Spring Cloud Stream.
• Knowledge of gRPC services and Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ).
• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud (GCP).
