Description

You will design and develop asynchronous, scalable software for an e-commerce data integration product.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, asynchronous software solutions.
• Manage releases and adhere to structured release schedules.
• Streamline processes through test automation and refactoring to maintain code quality.
• Document work and participate in a distributed Agile team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
• Deep knowledge of Spring, Jersey, JPA/Hibernate, and Tomcat.
• Experience with RESTful Services and design patterns.
• Proficiency in TDD and simple design principles.
• Experience creating automated test suites following the testing pyramid.
• Ability to perform testing using JMeter or similar tools.
• Experience with distributed Source Control Management using Git.
• BA/BS degree in a computer-related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maven, Jenkins, Docker, K8s, and Bash/Shell.
• Experience with Akka.
