Description

You will develop and maintain front office trading applications using Java, collaborating directly with traders, quants, and risk teams to implement trading workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance trading platform components, including Order Management and market data systems.
• Implement trading features using Java, ensuring strong backend and frontend integration.
• Integrate FIX protocol and other communication standards for trading workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to translate trading requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and backend development.
• Experience with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and related communication standards.
• Understanding of equities and equity derivatives products.
• Experience developing trading platforms or financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Murex or similar trading platforms.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or tooling.
