Description

Lead development of enterprise web applications and platform architecture components. Own the release pipeline and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual and component-level logical solutions aligned with business context.
• Develop user interfaces for websites and single-page applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Integrate solutions with front-end, QA, and integration teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore teams to ensure delivery of assigned work.
• Identify technical risks and ensure compliance with overall architecture vision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with 4-5 years in a lead capacity.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and the Spring suite (Core, Transaction, AOP, ORM, MVC, Data, Security, Session, Web Sockets, Cloud).
• Experience with WebSphere, Hibernate 3.2, and Struts 1.x/2.x.
• Proficiency in Web Services, RESTful services, and Microservices.
• Strong front-end skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, ExtJS, and single-page application development.
• Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch APIs, Maven, and GIT.
• Testing expertise using JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EJB2, Jenkins, Drools 5, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience developing in cloud-based virtualized environments and responsive mobile design.
