Description

You will lead software design, architecture, and detailed development for core system components.

You will own the release pipeline, design multi-tiered web applications, and establish technical guidelines for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core system components and multi-tiered web-based applications using Java.
• Plan, assign, and track development tasks while providing effort and cost estimates.
• Review code, establish technical guidelines, and collaborate with business and IT partners to refine requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/UAT teams to review test plans and ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise-level applications using Java.
• Strong expertise in core Java, Java EE design, and Microservice Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS (Oracle 11g/19c preferred), JDBC, and database access technologies.
• Proficiency with Java Messaging systems including Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and JMS.
• Experience with App/Web servers such as WebLogic and Apache/Tomcat.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and Google Web Toolkit (GWT).
• Testing expertise using Mockito, JUnit, Selenium, and Jest.
• Proficiency with IntelliJ, Git/Stash, and Jenkins CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Ignite, and Artemis.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in financial markets, ESOP, lending products, or wealth management.
