This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions.
• Implement improvements for system performance, service quality, and availability.
• Analyze technical challenges to recommend and implement solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate across functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience covering design, analysis, development, and testing.
• 4+ years of Java Full Stack development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on UI development experience.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Angular, React, and JPA.
• Experience building systems using design patterns, automation, modularization, and TDD/BDD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based environments, microservices, Kafka, and Avro.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, MongoDB, Postgres, and orchestration tools.
