Description

You will design and deliver full-stack solutions on Google Cloud Platform, balancing backend microservices with user-facing interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level architecture and select technology stacks for complex software applications.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Java, ensuring performance and security.
• Build user-friendly, interactive front-end interfaces that solve specific customer pain points.
• Implement test strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices including data encryption.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to align technical delivery with business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years in Java development.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and deployment.
• Proven track record building microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery.
• Ability to define software test strategies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption and anonymization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience advocating for user-centric solutions and engaging directly with customer use cases.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and optimizing application performance.
