Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java, Angular, and Node.js development.
• Experience with MongoDB and scalable data architectures.
• Hands-on OpenShift, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud deployments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps automation, monitoring, and production support.
• Experience implementing TDD and application performance optimization.
• Strong Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLM integration, and AI automation.
• Experience developing AI-enabled applications such as chatbots, document processing, and recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of AI security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices
