Description

You will build, deploy, and maintain scalable microservices in AWS using Java 11/17, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices with Java 11/17, packaging for AWS EKS/ECS.
• Write Terraform scripts for AWS production deployments.
• Manage full SDLC within Agile, implementing OOAD for code quality.
• Maintain services using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Tomcat.

Required Skills

• 5+ years professional software development experience.
• 2+ years Java 11, 1+ year Java 17.
• Hands-on Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE.
• AWS proficiency (EC2, EKS, ECS, Cloud Foundry).
• Kubernetes and Kafka experience.
• Relational databases: Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• SCM (Git) and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Java Design Patterns and JUnit testing.
• SOAP and REST web services.

Preferred Skills

• Reactive Java programming.
• ReactJs or Angular frameworks.
• NodeJS knowledge.
