You will build complex financial web applications and deliver software solutions using Scrum methodology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build complex financial web applications following Scrum methodology and software development best practices.
• Develop high-quality, detailed designs and implement coding standards to ensure software quality.
• Identify technical risks and execute mitigation action planning.
• Review peer code and provide technical feedback to the development team.
• Mentor developers on system architecture, development patterns, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of hands-on experience developing Java-based web and enterprise applications using Java 8+.
• Expertise in Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST API, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience designing and building microservice architectures using Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in ReactJS or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with messaging applications such as IBM MQ or Kafka.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with multi-data center deployments, cloud-native applications, and setting up CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain experience with exposure to MT/MX messaging.
