Description

Build and maintain the Decision Administration platform using Java and modern front-end frameworks, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using Java 8+, J2EE, Spring 5, and Hibernate with Angular or React front-ends.
• Design and implement resilient, secure, and scalable architectures supporting zero-downtime production goals.
• Integrate GenAI tools (Claude Code, Copilot) and apply prompt engineering to improve developer productivity and automation.
• Collaborate with business partners on product roadmaps, requirements, and compliance (PCI, GLBA).
• Drive performance engineering and provide technical guidance to the application development team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience with Java Full-Stack Engineering.
• Proficiency in J2EE, Java 8+, JSP, Servlets, Spring 5, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Angular or React front-end development.
• Strong background in REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application development.
• Knowledge of Cloud-Native Architecture and AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Chef, and Sonar.
• Ability to leverage GenAI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM integration, agentic patterns, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
