Lead development teams and design enterprise-level systems using object-oriented analysis and design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Design enterprise-level systems using object-oriented analysis and design.
• Communicate complex technical ideas to both developers and business product owners.
• Drive delivery through established working relationships and trust.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11.
• Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Standard Design Patterns including Factories, Command, Facade, and Adapter.
• Strong experience with OOD/OOA principles.
• Hands-on experience with REST and APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and Unit Test/Mocking frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• React UI development.
• Gitlab Pipelines and automation testing.
• Experience leading development teams.
