Description

You will lead backend development and data migration efforts, splitting your time between building Java services and defining technical requirements with stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain Java-based backend services for approximately 70% of your time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the remaining 30%.
• Migrate existing data sets using BitQuery and Tableau.
• Manage data flows and messaging using Kafka.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience working within AWS or GCP environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and data migration tasks.
• Ability to work with BitQuery and Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
