Role Overview:

This role focuses on the design and development of end-to-end full stack applications, leveraging React for frontend development and Java Spring Boot for backend services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the creation of microservices-based architectures and robust REST APIs, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performance UI components and backend systems. Collaboration with architectural and DevOps teams is key to aligning application designs with cloud-native principles, facilitating CI/CD, containerization, and seamless cloud deployments across GCP, AWS, and Azure environments. The role also involves integrating applications with enterprise systems using various API and event-driven patterns, upholding quality through rigorous code reviews and performance optimization, and supporting the integration of AI/ML capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications using React (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend).
• Lead development of microservices-based architectures and REST APIs.
• Implement scalable and performant UI components and backend services.
• Collaborate with architects and teams to align application design with cloud-native principles.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Ensure application quality through code reviews, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Support integration of AI/ML capabilities into applications where required.

Required Skills:

• Frontend Development: React, Modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Backend Development: Java Spring Boot, Microservices.
• API & Distributed Systems: REST APIs, Distributed systems, Event-driven patterns, Enterprise system integrations.
• Cloud & DevOps: GCP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud-native principles.
• Engineering Practices: Code reviews, Best practices, Performance optimization, Scalable and performant application development.
• AI / ML: Integration of AI/ML capabilities into applications.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical leadership or leading small development teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, API-based AI integrations.
• Experience in large-scale modernization programs.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management / financial systems
