Description

You will own the design and end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack features in a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop maintainable, modular UI components using Angular or React, integrating them with backend services.
• Diagnose and resolve database performance issues using complex SQL queries and joins.
• Write unit and component tests, participate in code reviews, and adhere to secure coding standards.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment failures in Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for microservices architecture.
• Experience with Angular or React, including state management, routing, and accessibility standards.
• Solid understanding of Microservices, including service boundaries, configuration, and inter-service communication.
• Working knowledge of Kafka or equivalent messaging systems (producers, consumers, message versioning).
• Strong SQL skills: complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, and performance tuning.
• Practical experience with Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes concepts.
• Ability to debug live in an IDE and explain design decisions for production projects.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like Kiro or Amazon Q.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
