Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex features within an agile production environment, providing technical leadership for large-scale projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex features using microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Partner with Product Managers and Customer Experience Designers to scope and build features based on user use cases.
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to navigate complex data challenges and ensure enterprise database best practices.
• Ensure data privacy and AI governance standards are met across all developments.
• Lead the scoping and design of large projects while working across global time zones with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational database technologies.
• Experience with data anonymization and data product development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
