Lead technical development and design for full-stack applications, owning technical decisions and guiding development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and own technical design decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Manage data persistence across relational SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Write maintainable, testable code utilizing component libraries and design systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with React.
• Extensive experience in microservices development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• UX design experience and agile development practices.
