Description

Lead a product team of 8-10 engineers to build high-quality distributed software solutions. Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead product builds from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery.
• Provide technical design input and shape product roadmaps.
• Oversee engineering practices, implementing Agile (Scrum/SAFe), CI/CD, and TDD.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capability.
• Maintain a user-centered and business-priority approach to design.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery within large-scale distributed software environments.
• 4+ years of frontend development using Angular 8+ and NgRx.
• 4+ years of experience implementing REST services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in J2EE development and core Java principles.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments using CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PBM business domain.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms such as Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS.
