Description

You will own the development and infrastructure of scalable, guest and employee-facing systems. You bridge backend Java services with Angular.js frontends while managing the underlying cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain highly scalable, resilient systems using Java, Spring, and Node.js.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and orchestration using AWS, Chef, and Terraform.
• Manage containerized deployments with Docker and configure load balancing via F5.
• Implement message queuing with RabbitMQ and optimize search with Elasticsearch.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and manage multiple project demands simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with Java and Spring.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks, specifically Angular.js.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code: AWS, Chef, and Terraform.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and web servers (Apache/Nginx/Tomcat).
• Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ) and search engines (Elasticsearch).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and system engineering principles.
