Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable microservices and full-stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices deployed on Red Hat OpenShift.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and Angular.js.
• Implement AI-driven development workflows using GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• Manage asynchronous messaging with Kafka and caching with Redis.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot scripts, and execute point bug fixes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (SQS, Lambda).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks: React.js and Angular.js.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD, GitOps, and Helm charts.
• Understanding of HIPAA/PHI security compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering for system and user prompts.
• Knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
