You will function as a hands-on senior developer, leading and mentoring development for critical in-country markets applications to meet technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Code, mentor, and lead development for critical in-country markets applications.
• Support automation efforts to migrate established technology to strategic platforms using new engineering practices.
• Champion development best practices and coach junior team members and analysts.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in application re-engineering, ensuring design aligns with the architecture blueprint.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Java as a Full Stack professional.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with FX products.
• Demonstrated experience adopting Machine Learning (ML) and AI solutions.
• Commanding knowledge of AI concepts.
• Experience with System Architecture design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Experience with application re-engineering.
