Description

Lead full-stack development, architecture, and team delivery for scalable Java and React/Angular applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Develop responsive UI components with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Angular with Redux.
• Implement asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka or MQ.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, enforcing code quality and engineering best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, code repositories (GitHub/Bitbucket), and dependency management (Nexus).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Angular (with Redux).
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or MQ.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including GitHub, Bitbucket, and Nexus.
• Proven ability to define technical standards and oversee end-to-end solution delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
• Background in troubleshooting production issues and optimizing application performance.
