Description
You will lead technical delivery and client engagement as a Senior Java Full Stack Lead.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery and lead client communication efforts.
- Run daily stand-ups and ensure accurate status tracking.
- Monitor and drive SLAs, KPIs, and overall service excellence.
- Handle escalation management and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and drive process improvements.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Understanding of authentication standards like JWT and OAuth2.
