Description

You will lead technical delivery and client engagement for the Java full stack team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical delivery and lead client communication efforts.
• Run daily stand-ups and ensure accurate status tracking.
• Monitor and drive SLAs, KPIs, and overall service excellence.
• Handle escalation management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Understanding of authentication standards like JWT and OAuth2.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading client-facing technical engagements.
