Description

Lead full-stack development efforts, manage engineering teams, and resolve complex technical issues using Spring Boot and modern tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide development teams through the full software lifecycle.
• Architect and implement full-stack solutions integrating frontend and backend components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
• Manage release pipelines and maintain modern development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Hibernate for ORM and data access.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with frontend and backend integration.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and guiding development teams.
