•    Experience with Java 17 upgrades and application modernization.
•    Experience in Database Migration projects.
•    Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring Framework components.
•    Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle, and advanced SQL development.
•    Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, and Gradle.
•    Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
•    Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and global teams.
•    Overall 11+ years of IT experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications.
•    Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
•    Experience working across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design through deployment and support.
•    Experience implementing and maintaining AWS-based cloud solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
•    Experience integrating microservices with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
•    Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
•    Ability to stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in software development.
•    Candidate should be a Java Full Stack Developer.

Preferred Skills:
•    AWS Certification.
•    Experience working on Retail Banking projects.
•    Exposure to large-scale enterprise banking applications and digital transformation initiatives
