Description

You will design, develop, and implement large-scale production solutions while driving technical excellence across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and document code, scripts, and processes according to organizational standards.
• Design integrated systems that model best practices to enable scalable and reliable delivery across product domains.
• Lead root cause analysis for systemic problems and execute action items to resolve them.
• Manage technical debt and implement strategies to mitigate scaling, latency, and durability challenges.
• Coach junior engineers on technical craftsmanship and incorporate security-conscious practices into the system lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Angular.
• Experience with REST API, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on work with JMS MQ and integration/APIs.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with GitHub for source control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
