Lead technical vision and mentor the team in adopting modern software engineering and delivery practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of TDD, ATDD, stateless design, microservices, and containerization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape product design and improve customer experience.
• Mentor and coach the team to improve engineering practices and technical execution.
• Interface and influence business lines and stakeholders across the IT organization.
• Develop and implement solutions ranging from custom code on IaaS/PaaS to SaaS integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular 15 or higher.
• 4+ years of experience working within modernized development teams.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in AWS.
• Proficiency with Node.js and Python.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, Cucumber, and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, OpenShift, and EKS.
