Lead technical teams in the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Analyze end-user requirements and collaborate with architects, UX designers, and business SMEs to design systems for complex business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development teams, including code reviews, estimation, and defining coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review system performance, and implement security measures to protect applications and data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role (Team Lead or Project Lead).
• 3+ years of backend development experience using Java/JEE, Spring, Oracle SQL, and SQL Server.
• 3+ years of frontend web programming experience with Angular 9/10+, TypeScript, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
• 3+ years of experience with infrastructure technologies including OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, UNIX, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Experience managing offshore teams and conducting peer reviews.
• Experience with CI/CD, code versioning, and build/test automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
