Description
Lead an engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Responsibilities
- Own the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Guide technical direction and architecture decisions to deliver business value.
- Mentor engineers through design, estimation, development, and unit testing.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during PI, product, and release planning.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Core.
- Strong front-end development skills using React.js.
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Spring Boot applications on Tomcat, WebLogic, or Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of API management platforms and observability tools.
- Practical application of Test-Driven Development and automation testing.
