Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Guide technical direction and architecture decisions to deliver business value.
• Mentor engineers through design, estimation, development, and unit testing.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during PI, product, and release planning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Core.
• Strong front-end development skills using React.js.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Spring Boot applications on Tomcat, WebLogic, or Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of API management platforms and observability tools.
• Practical application of Test-Driven Development and automation testing.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial industry applications.
