Lead an engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

You will own the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment. Guide technical direction and architecture decisions to deliver business value. Mentor engineers through design, estimation, development, and unit testing. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders during PI, product, and release planning.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Core.
• Strong front-end development skills using React.js.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Spring Boot applications on Tomcat, WebLogic, or Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of API management platforms and observability tools.
• Practical application of Test-Driven Development and automation testing.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with financial industry applications.
