Description

You will lead development efforts and take ownership of technical design decisions for end-to-end feature delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and make technical design decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React and modern component libraries.
• Design and manage data schemas across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write maintainable, testable code following agile development practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Java Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of professional experience with React.
• Extensive experience in microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and Java.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Hands-on experience with component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in UX design.
