Description

Lead fullstack development projects using Java and React, owning technical design and team direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and own technical design decisions for scalable microservices architectures.
• Build and maintain robust microservices and data persistence layers using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop maintainable, testable code across the entire stack, implementing frontend interfaces with component libraries.
• Manage data persistence using SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate within agile development practices to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with React.
• Extensive experience in microservices development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
• Ability to work within agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with UX design.
