Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Java-based solutions, acting as both a senior developer and technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures.
• Lead and mentor development teams, including task allocation, performance evaluation, and candidate interviewing.
• Translate functional requirements into technical architecture documents and reusable components.
• Govern the implementation of design patterns, error handling, and logging frameworks across projects.
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to gather requirements and track project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and REST API development.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of messaging and event processing technologies such as Kafka or MQ.
• Practical experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and version control tools like Git.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with AngularJS, Angular, React, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS.
