Description

You will design and lead complex GenAI applications using a fullstack Java and Python environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise solutions incorporating Agentic AI, RAG patterns, and LLMs.
• Evaluate business and system processes to define technical enhancements for new product deployment.
• Ensure application design aligns with the overall architectural blueprint.
• Resolve high-impact technical challenges through in-depth analysis of system flows.
• Coach mid-level developers on implementation standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of strong working experience in ML/GenAI and data analytics.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications using Agentic AI, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Strong practical knowledge of GenAI concepts including LLMs and Python.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Track record of leading scalable, enterprise-level projects.
