Description

You will own end-to-end support for the Common Integration Layer during the migration from JDE OMS to IBM Sterling OMS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA commitments.
• Lead incident management, RCA, problem management, and service restoration activities.
• Coordinate with offshore development, middleware, infrastructure, and OMS teams.
• Act as the primary onsite technical contact for business and IT stakeholders.
• Support integrations across OMS, ERP, WMS, inventory, and transportation systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java/J2EE experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• 3+ years of hands-on GCP experience (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Monitoring & Logging).
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs and Messaging.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle/PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Splunk and ELK for log analysis and monitoring.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for incident and ticket management.
• Git version control experience.
• Production support leadership in a retail or ecommerce domain.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS and JDE/ERP integrations.
• Experience with Supply Chain and Order Management systems.
• Background in onsite-offshore delivery models.
