Description

Lead development and maintenance of web applications in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL code to support web applications.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) and Joint Application Requirements (JAR) meetings.
• Conduct rigorous design and code peer reviews to ensure quality.
• Design and tune SQL queries for optimal performance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, and JavaScript frameworks.
• 15+ years of experience supporting web applications on Oracle 11g.
• 15+ years of experience using Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Web Services.
• 10+ years of experience designing and tuning SQL for performance.
• Proficiency with Clear Case, ClearQuest, Application Lifecycle Management, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE.
• Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Bitbucket, Confluence, and Jira.
