Description

You will lead technical strategy and agile coaching for large-scale distributed development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach multiple Release Trains or large-scale programs with 100+ participants.
• Develop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps.
• Guide onsite and offshore teams through agile methodologies and delivery processes.
• Apply analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Extensive experience in Agile coaching and program management.
• Proven track record managing distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Ability to design and execute technology roadmaps.
