Description

You will lead technical delivery and team coordination for a product-focused Java application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal team meetings to define roles, scope, and project schedules.
• Manage project milestones, deadlines, and task assignments within tracking tools.
• Diagnose technical problems, issues, and defects to support the development team.
• Define project delivery KPIs and provide regular status reports to management.
• Interact with stakeholders and customers to coordinate requirements and reporting.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Java fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Experience with MS Azure Cloud platforms.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and project tracking tools.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive domain knowledge, specifically in after-sales processes.
