Description

Lead technical direction and development for Java-based microservices, guiding the team through design decisions and removing blockers to ensure efficient delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team by providing design and technical guidance for Java-based microservices.
• Remove technical blockers to ensure efficient team progress and smooth delivery cycles.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement backend logic using both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to solve complex architectural problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot development.
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java 8/11, including deep knowledge of Collections and Threads.
• Experience building microservices with the Spring framework.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency with GIT, GitHub, or other distributed version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
