Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project delivery and customer engagement.

Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Lead project planning, delivery, risk management, and status reporting throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Review, analyze, and troubleshoot complex Java-based applications as needed.

Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Monitor project metrics and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders while effectively managing expectations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Java application development and maintenance.

Proven experience managing onsite delivery and collaborating with offshore development teams.

Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, project planning, and software delivery methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkins, JUnit, Mockito, and AWS services such as EC2 and S3.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and technical stakeholders.

Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise-scale application modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience working in cloud-native environments and distributed application architectures.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills
