Description

Lead onsite Java delivery, stakeholder management, and technical execution for enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery, planning, and risk management throughout the SDLC.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Troubleshoot complex Java-based applications and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor project metrics and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java application development and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency with AWS services, specifically EC2 and S3.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Proven track record managing onsite delivery and offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and software delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading enterprise-scale application modernization or digital transformation.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud-native environments.
