Design, develop, and deliver business enhancement solutions for enterprise applications.

Modernize legacy applications using microservices architecture and cloud technologies (OCI/AWS).

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise and maintenance releases across distributed teams.

Ensure security compliance, monitor vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation efforts.

Evaluate and recommend future-ready technology stacks aligned with industry trends.

Must-Have Skills

Java 21 & Spring Boot — 7+ years designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications.

Kubernetes & Docker — 3+ years managing containerized applications and Kubernetes environments.

Cloud Platforms (OCI/AWS) — 3+ years of cloud-based application development and deployment.

Microservices Architecture — Experience with complex enterprise systems and large-scale databases.

Oracle Database — Strong SQL development, query review, and performance tuning expertise.

Tomcat & Linux/Unix — 3+ years of hands-on administration and support experience.

Agile & DevOps — Experience delivering enterprise releases while adhering to development standards.

Problem Solving & Leadership — Ability to lead complex initiatives, work through ambiguity, and collaborate across teams.

10+ years of application development experience with strong enterprise Java expertise.

Technical leader capable of driving modernization and digital transformation programs.

Hands-on architect/developer experienced in cloud-native, containerized microservices environments.

Strong security mindset with experience addressing vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.

Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude) for development productivity.
