Description

You will be developing and maintaining core Java microservices for financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web-based applications in the financial domain.
• Implement and roll out on-prem and cloud-based application development projects.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis for identified problems.
• Mentor junior developers and identify opportunities for product improvement and best practice implementation.
• Track project status, issues, and risks, providing timely updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Strong command of API development, including gRPC.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and JPA for data persistence.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, including database design.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Understanding of Multi-threading and distributed application development.
• Experience with system analysis and building reusable components.
