Description

You will design, develop, and maintain core Java microservices for financial applications, including on-prem and cloud deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web-based applications in the financial domain.
• Implement and roll out application development projects across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practice implementation.
• Track project status, issues, and risks, providing timely updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Strong command of API development, including gRPC.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and JPA for data persistence.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, including database design.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Understanding of multi-threading and distributed application development.
• Experience with system analysis and building reusable components.
