Description

Build and deploy scalable microservices on Microsoft Azure using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native tools. You will own the full lifecycle from design to CI/CD, leveraging AI for productivity and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient microservices and RESTful APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to accelerate debugging, documentation, and development velocity.
• Apply best practices for distributed systems, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proven experience building and deploying on Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Storage, SQL/Cosmos DB).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and security best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in an outcome-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) for productivity.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
