Description

You will manage the stability, performance, and incident resolution of Java-based microservices applications in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor application performance and system health to proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system reliability.
• Contribute to minor enhancements, bug fixes, and automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Java development and production support.
• Experience supporting Java microservices and enterprise-grade applications.
• Proficiency with GitHub and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term technical fixes.
• Experience with minor development contributions and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kafka and AWS.
• Experience with ReactJS.
