Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement backend applications and data processing solutions.
• Build and optimize Spark/PySpark-based data processing applications.
• Develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and resolve application issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Analyze complex technical problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Implement security, scalability, and performance improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in application development and software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience building and optimizing Spark-based data processing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience developing microservices using Spring Boot.
• Exposure to REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend architecture.
• Experience in test-driven development, debugging, and production support.
• Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
