Description

Build and optimize high-throughput backend services and React-based frontends for decision pipeline systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java and Spring Boot with a focus on low-latency and high-throughput performance.
• Develop and maintain ReactJS and NextJS frontends, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.
• Perform JVM tuning, including garbage collection, memory management, and threading optimization to ensure system stability.
• Implement decision pipelines, arbitration algorithms, and deterministic rule evaluation engines.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and debugging workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience with Java/JVM.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with ReactJS and NextJS for frontend development.
• Deep knowledge of JVM internals, profiling, and load testing.
• Experience with rules engines (Drools/DMN) is a strong plus.
• Ability to integrate with ML inference services and design robust microservices APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom DSLs for rule definition.
• Familiarity with production operations in high-traffic environments.
