Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable solutions following coding standards and design patterns.
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with product managers to define specifications and milestones.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of agile practices and software development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
